I am not satisfied with the handset X5 purchased on 20.11.2010 and the service of Nokia service center

This cell phone we purchased on 20.11.2010 from your Nokia Priority Dealer M/s GD Cellcom Pvt Ltd. At Shop No. 2/3/4 Regent Chamber, Opp Garware College Pune – 411004 under Invoice / receipt No: 10004998 dated 20.11.2010. The Value of Cell Phone is 10, 200/-

This cell phone we had given to your service Station M/s Shree Communication (Pune), two times after purchase of cell phone within 7 month time i.e. 6th July and collected on 11th July.

After receiving the phone on 11th July the next day my cell phone was again having same problem so I again gave the cell phone to Shree Communication (Pune) on 14th July later there was no response from your side. On 21st July I called but there was no response wherein the expected date for me to get this cell was on 18th July.

Till today I am not having cell phone with me, that makes atleast more than 6months handset lying with service station.

This is the Worst experience for a cell phone and from Nokia and their Team
