Delay in solving the problem

Dear sir,

I (Ajay Kumar Challa), purchased a micromax X510 pike mobile in the month of 25/04.After one month the touch and keypad was not working, I have been contacted the service center in hyderabad, they said we dont have stock try in other centers, i do the same but answer was same.after one month i deposited my handset at secunderabad service center (Job sheet no.2369386).they said it will be repaired by one week.after one week i contacted them they said wait for some more days, they are simply saying company is not sending the parts so we cant do anything.such a irresponsible answer from service center and Micromax head office too. Micromax call center people said handset will be delivered in a week, but it was not done till today.

If a company holds handset like this for 2months, what is the use of mobile. Please take necessary action about this.
