I have in a X510 PIKE mobile warranty period. And the touch screen is not working since one month. But the staffs of the service center (Smart Services, Cuttack) does not receives my complain and tells that you come after one month. So again i went to them after one month. And now they are telling that-we have no touch screen available so you adjust for some days. Therefore sir, you please tell me how one can adjust the phone when the touching effect is not working?
I have also made contact with another service center named M/s 3S Enterprises, Bhubaneswar. And They are also telling to wait for one month. So please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise my warranty period will expire.
