Micromax X550
FAULTY PRODUCT

Dear Concerned:

I bought a Micromax X550 Qube mobile handset on October 19, which is a faulty product. It only gives the battery backup for 1hr if I talk. When in standby mode, it gives only 8hrs of battery backup. It is very frustrating to charge the mobile twice or thrice a day. I went to the customer care people and they said it gives only one hour talktime and standby of 8 hours.

I am getting very frustated because of this product. Please suggest.
