I had filed a compliant regarding non-availability of spare part for my Samsung microwave over approximately before 1.5 months and had elobarated my bad experience in the authorised service centre of samsung repairs, . Within two days i had a good response and sugar coated words stating that i would be reimbursed cost of the oven minus depreciation. They were rather very anxious to show off to the higher officials regarding the disposal of the compliant than actual solution. They asked for the original invoice when i was away from home (I m an Govt. auditor and mostly on tour). When i contacted my home to find out the invoice, my husband could not trace it. The service dealer came with another alternate solution that i could produce an affidavit and the cheque wouild be ready. Being a straight forward person i cannot stand the double standards your service centre people adopt. i would like to know how u have disposed my earlier compliant? I regret to say, with this bitter experience i would never buy your products nor recommend to the wide circle of friends and relatives i have. I would also ask u whether u wont be able to assess the value of your product by its serial number? u expect all of us to preserve an invoice after guarantee period?
