This is with reference to the new nokia C-6, which i purchased just before three months.
This handset is useless and doesn't work properly. It has been submitted thrice to the Nokia service center but no improvement.
Now this is enough, request you to please help me in getting change the handset with a new one either the same model or any other with quarty keypad. Off course, i am ready to pay the remaining amount if it costs more.
Below are the defects.
1. Hanging problem- 2-3 times in a day, the phone hang.. while talking over the phone it gets switched off and than automatically restart. sometimes I couldn't see, who is calling and the call get disconnected and it doesn't appear in the missed call list.
2.Battery - is very low, doesn't work the entire 24hrs- doesn't show the indication/signal of "battery low" and gets switched off.
3.Vibration mode doesn't work sometime.
4.Call waiting- It doesn't sound beep, if a call is on waiting and I am talking to someone.
5.Message doesn't appear in ascending order of time, and gets anywhere in the list. very difficult to find the current one. Don't think it is in other order. I have sort by time order.
I don't remember other defects at this moment but it has many more.
Request you to please advise as this handset doesn't work properly and needs to be changed with a new one. Thanks for your support.
