I visited your Nokia Care centre, Nehru ground, Faridabad on 8th Sept 11morning at 1010 hrs and it was a bad experience

Nokia care centre people behaved in a very adamant way

Firstly I spoke to Ms Gunjan and Mr Adarsh Yadav and they confirmed that they could not do anything about my handset problem and I should contact the shop from where I have bought the instrument, when told them that it has got nothing to do with the shop because its a Nokia product and I have been adviced to contact Nokia care centre with a valid complaint id, the next answer was that this is Nokia's feature and nothing can be done about it. For next 30 mins I was debating with them and requested for a job card or a visit report so that I could put this problem in your record but they said they can't issue any jobcard.

In between I requested for the care centre manager and she was conveniently busy inside her chamber and was not ready to come out and even discuss.

When I insisted, Ms Pooja Bhatia came out and told upfront that neither job card can be issued and neither anything can be done about it and in a very very adamant way in front of 3-4 customers... I met 2-3 customers outside and even they were complaining about Nokia Care center people behaviour... hope somebody responsible will look into this..

Well I have spent money ona dual SIM for some purpose and I have been shuttled from care centre to dealer etc etc but nobody os taking responsibility to solve the problem, on the contrary, Nokia care center say its a feature... great!!

Globally Nokia is loosing its market share and on top of that if you keep your service like this and have Nokia care centre people trained in such a un-proffesional way to handle customers, god helps Nokia.

Even a hardcore Nokia customer like me has decided to switch over to some other brand but that does't affect Nokia...

Well I would like to state here that my problem is yet not resolved and I seek Nokia's top bosses intervention to get my handset replaced or repaired and if this problem can't be resolved please refund my money
