My order number is 3932503

I ordered a mini silai machine in april, when i received the machine it was defective & incomplete, i raised a complaint and it was asked to send it back.

I send it on 2nd June. have also send them scanned copy of bluedart courier. it was promised that i will receive my product in 15 working days, but till now no luck,

Sometime you say you will refund and sometime you will replace. The customer service center is not helpful at all. It was suppose to get dispached on 28th of June but till now its not done.

This gives v v bad impression of naaptol. I am regreting my decision of buying because the fraudlent behaviour have not only taken money and even machine.

I have written it to the ceo, hope you people respond to this and send me the product on urgent basis atleast the image gets restored back.
