Not giving proper response, my order no 1598261

The complaint is regarding naaptol whose product is not in proper condition and after giving for replacement they are not responding tall and my product no is 1598261. please look into this matter sir

you have given some CENTRALIZED A/C NO:113260, MODE " D P " and ORDER NO: 1598261 on dated 07-04.

I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.
