I purchased a microtek UPS-E2 875VA SW E2 from a dealer m/s Sakthi tech, velachery chennai, and the same was installed on 9/1. the product is under warranty and till this date no service personal came to check that. mean while the inverter failed during the power cut (between 2 to 4 pm) on 19/5. I contacted the dealer and they advised to lodge a complaint with customer care of Microtek by giving their phone no. accordingly i lodged the complaint which was regitere as UPS-E22012:001446 @13.49 hrs on 21/5. a confirmation massage was received in my mobile this effect. The call centre person stated that the problem will be resolved within 3 working days. But till this moment no one from microtek has attended the problem. i made several calls to the the customer care as well as customer care manager but in vain. they promised to technician on Thursday 24 th then on 25 th then on 26 th. but no results so far. Today i made several attempts to call the customer care manager but there was no response. i sent three SMS massage to their no 8754426622, but no response so far. We have power cut for two hrs daily and we are put to great suffering especially in this summer. iam post by pass surgery patient and suffer with suffocation during power cut. But microtek does not care
