Dear Sir,

We have purchased 2 Mitsubishi Split Air Conditioner for VINEET’S REATAURANT 1483, Ground Floor, Chandni Chowk, Invoice no. 3335 Model, no. MS-E24VC 2 ton IndoorSr. no. 1000245T, Outdoor 1000355T dated 26.07.11 and second purchased on03.08.11, Invoice no. 3348 model no. MS-E24VC, 2 ton Indoor Sr. no 1000348T& Outdoor no. 100036 IT, from yourAuthorised dealer Saviour Aircon, FB-127, Main Market Mansarovar Garden.

From lasttwo months our AC’s are not working properly (No Air Flow & no Cooling) Manytimes, We lodged complaint to our dealer at Saviour Aircon to Mr. Rakra and Severaltimes we had spoken with Mr. Om Prakash. He has sent one person but he was not able to sort out our issues.

Then again we have lodged a Complaint on 03.07.12 to Mr. Sagar, Complaint no. 1207003, Buttill date no body visits from the company to rectify our problem.

We are in arestaurant line and due to non cooling and suffocation, my customers are unableto sit, it’s also effected in our business badly.

So, you are requested to kindly look into the matter urgently.
