Repair demanded by the set for four times within a year of purchase

Dear Customer Care

I purchased the mobile set in the month of September'09. Since then I have visited NOKIA SERVICE CENTER for 4 times to get my handset repaired. First time my mike was not working and so had to visit the center. Then onwards, there is a virus contamination in the set due to which it automatically and abruptly gets switched off.

We do not expect this kind of instrument from such a trustworthy and renonwed brand like NOKIA. Kindly look into the matter and requesting to get the set changed and I am suffering being an employed personnel.
