I Pawan kumar doing buisness in azmgarh i buy a samsung primo set on25-06 after a week the mobile keypad was not working i gone to the service center in azmgarh and submitted my handset on 6-7 and he is only telling to come after 2days 10days etc and nt giving full satisfaction answer.if samsung company do not provide the skip of guarntee than i should buy a new handset if ur staff member are totally lazy than u should stop giving guarantee to the customer.
kindly see this matter and give me proper satisfactory.
