I had submitted Mobile Phone J-180 on 5-4 at CEE EMM Serivces, Sector 27, NOIDAon 5-4 for repairs (Speaker & Mic.). People at the desk receiving the mobile was quite uneducated, did not give Work Order No. nor date of deliery duly repaired, date of receipt of the complaint and date of purchase is the same. I am 75 yearsof age a senior citizen, when personally contacted, evasive reply was give and asked me to contact after 25 days. Complained to manager also, no results, no specific reply given. I donot know the status of mymobile phone. Without checking their records, they asked me to comeback after 25 days. I cannot live without a mobile phone, which is always needed in emergency. I ned the status of my complaint and the mobile.
