Automatically switch off

I purchased the mobile (C5010) on 25.12.10 in Tirupur. Now the mobile is automatically switch off while call ended button pressed after attending the call. 5 times the mobile serviced by samsung service center for this problem last 6 months. The same problem repeated again & again. Please take the action against this problem.
