Dear Sir,
The undersigned booked one Mobile named ‘SMART PHONE WITH TRACk BALL 9650’ ON 08.03.2010 UNDER YOUR Order no. 206137 and got the same by courier on 12.03.2010 while making cash payment of Rs. 4499/- plus Rs. 200/- shipping charges.
While openining the box containing mobile and free gift saw the user manual was in Chinese language. I immediately contacted Customer Care no. 09223516148 and 09223526148 and requested one of your executive Miss Vaishali to e-mail the user manual in English on my ID [email protected] and simultaneously courier the same. It is more than 40 days – neither I have received the user manual on my mail nor through any courier. During this long period twice your executive have given me complaint nos 59769 on 22.03.2010 and 59789 on 14.04.2010. I had talked to most of your customer care executive named Miss Vaishali, Miss Sadia – Mr. Suzian, Mr. Maninsh Mr. Roopesh, Mr. Zuber. Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Sarvanand and even their Boss Mr. Hemant. Every body assured that by next day I will get the user manual detail on my ID and simultaneously by courier within a week also. Even after 40 days neither I have received it on my mail nor by courier.
Now there is a problem with my Mobile … incoming calls are there, SMS are also there but there is not outgoing call from both the sims. When outgoing call is made just came the caption “Check Operator Service”, I contact my operator Vodaphone and they asked to put out both the sims and check in other GSM mobiles which I checked and there both the sims are working well and outgoing calls are also there.
I made a complaint to your customer care executive Mr. Rakesh and he has suggested me to get it repaired from any nearby mobile shop. When I inform that the set is under 6 months warranty and I can’t take any risk to get it repaired locally Mr. Rakesh has given me the address of your Vendor M/s. Krishna Traders – Mumbai. I asked Mr. Rakesh to also give me his contact number because no courier company accepts the courier without contact number of consignee. He replied that there is no contact number of Krishna Traders.
You people are using the name of renowned newspaper “Hindustan Times” and spoiling their name also.
The undersigned requests you to kindly expedite immediate and send the user manual in English on my ID [email protected] and also through courier within a week otherwise I will be compelled to go to Consumer Forum/ Court.
