I have been complaining everyday for my steam iron which is still in warranty period. I receive an update every time that it shall be done by tomorrow but that " TOMORROW " has not come in 15 days. The higher officials are also not polite and prompt and they say that we can do whatever we want. I don't understand that where I should go and complain now.
