Disappear of colour (colour of TV is not functioning in a proper way

I have purchased Moserbear's company TV on 26.12.2010 which Model No. MBICT14DMX from Unique Rhythm Centre, Shub Ram Complex, D-96, Shop No.-1, Opp. Community Centre, Munirka, New Delhi-110067, Bill No. 113. But the colour of TV is not working in proper way. I have complained in Customer Care three times dated 13.01.2011 (Complain No.-11020666770054, 11020666770109, 11030666770022 but the moserbear repairing centre is not repaired the TV so far. I request to kindly look into matter and repair the TV on timely and taking the proper action against aforesaid company.
