Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to write this e-mail. This is also put as customer poll on consumer forum site for rating.
I purchased a Moserbear DVD player model MBI 838.
The power supply board of the player failed and I contacted the service center for repairs on 30th Nov.
The service center technician visited within 48 hrs and said power supply board has to be replaced. He never turned up
For 2 weeks.
Then I contacted the incharge manager of service center, He talked to me on phone and shouted why the hell the the customer
Care service center person connects to me and disconnected the phone.
Then I contacted area incharge of service center western region. He helped me to get my set repaired with a old (used) power supply board
And charged me the cost of new power supply board and also took back my faulty power supply board. If a part is replaced of a unit and is charged fully the old part is the property of the customer.
All this took 2.5 months.
Looking at above details I feel we (customers) should think 100 times before buying a Moserber product.
