I own three Motorola mobiles L7, U9 and Rokr E6. I used to like Motorola mobiles very much for their ease of use and features.
The first incident took place when my L7 display blacked out. I took it to authorized service station for repair. I said they need to order the display from Singapore and it will take some time! Finally they took 3 months to replace the display under warranty. For three months the mobile was with them.
The second incident took place when my rokr E6 side lock key was not working and battery used to discharge quickly.By this time aundh service station was closed. I went to deep bunglow service station. Again they took 15 days to repair side key. I also replaced battery and flashed the phone memory. The bill was around 1000 Rs. Within three days from repair display stopped working. Battery they replaced is also of poor quality. The service is so poor that i didnt want to go back again.
Now i am using nokia phone.
Motorola has let down indian customers by providing poor service. Another example where great products are let down by poor service. I will never buy motorola phones again.
