This is regarding my Motorola Handset. There was a problem arisen in the keys of the handset, and then it was handed over to one of the service center of Motorola. I have submitted my mobile in your authorized service centre on 21/8 12:58:28. The handset was under warranty at that time, it was told that the keypad need to be replaced and same will be done in few days but even after 1 month the mobile is not given back to me. The way of talking of the person in the service centre is just like small shopkeepers.

There is no proper reason given by the company, just verbally they told me that the spare is not available as the company has now stopped manufacturing this model.
My concern is that, now what will be the solution of this. History tells us that mobiles have been replaced by companies if spares are not available either end of life products. Hope you understand.
Moreover of such cases is high according to me, which raises doubts on quality of the product as well.
Also, we have never got any further feedback on what exactly was the issue in the original product.
Overall impression is poor product quality backed by insensitive support.
