I had purchased Motorola L9 set through Hot Spot store in Garia
(Kolkata) last year on 29th May. From Jan/ Feb i am facing a problem in my set - it is getting autorestarted couple of times in a day. I feel it is a software issue and submitted the set on 13th March with the hot spot store along-with care pack xerox papers which in turn they had taken up with motorola service centre in Kolkata. They had assured that it would be done at the earliest since my profile of work needs to be in touch with colleagues all the time, but enquiring they informed me that it would take 1.5 weeks. I agreed to that, but after that when i checked with them in the 3rd week of march they informed me that they wanted more time since nothing from motorla service centre was informed to them and also the personnel who is in charge was not well and was on leave. Then after enquiring after a few days they said that the mobile would be handed over to me on 3rd April positively understanding the urgency i had but told they cannot handover the set to me before 3rd since they would get the set from service centre at the mentioned date only.
Now calling them on 3rd i understand that the Motorola service centre people are not getting one of the parts for replacement and delaying the set handover. They now have given me a time for 10th april. I am very very unhappy with the situation and feel that i have made a blunder in purchasing a motorola set since they do not have the ability to repair a minor problem in a set for more than 20 days and are also not providing me a brand new set if they are unable to repair the same. They do not have proper answers to our querries and do not care about the customers. Hope you understand the situation and take proper action so that customers are not neglected otherwise people will loose faith in hot spot centres across India.
