I am Anil Kumar from Hyderabad, A.P, India, had recently bought a MP3 Player with free 4GB Card for Rs. 499/- and the Invoice no. is: RIN1117287, Invoice Date : 09/03, and the Order No. : IN0803110452 from Indiaplaza website through debit card payment. I am given a MP3 player with USB Cable not working. Now I am not understood how to download the music from system and use the MP3 player without the USB cable working. When I am ringing the customer care no. 91-80-25208795 since one week there is no response from there side and keep on replying the agents are busy with the other lines. I even messaged CALL to 9008866666 and I didn't get any call from they side too. I even registered a complaint on there web site. Ticket No. CNT220143810131440, my complaint status is still open and not yet resolved. Can any one here suggest me what I can do regarding this situation. Your valuable suggestion might be helpful to me...
