The company M Planet had made an advertisement in Delhi Times, part of Times Of India Newspaper, in the issue dated 17th Oct. 2010 about selling of Mobile Handset for sum of Rs.299. but i went there ..on kingsway camp... m planet shop... they said at 10.35 am ..that stock has finished..only 10 pcs r there... there sales person has brought there own person and only that person got the mobile... and said to come at 2 pm... then at 6 pm... then..9 pm... i went there 9 pm... i saw there sales person r giving 4 -5 mobile to there own person... and general public didnt got any one of them... fraud to people, missleading the public... So, in actual they didn't sold any handset of that scheme that day. Then why they issued the advertisment. They cheated me and other public. So, I request you to take strict action against M Planet for cheating and wasting time of mine and general public and compensate us for this INJUSTICE.
