About my nokia c2-06
Getting hanged often

Dear Sir,

I bought a new Nokia C2-06 mobile just a week back. now i'm not able to access my message inbox and my mail also . it id getting hanged often . for the past 2 days this problem is occuring . i went to show to the shpkeeper but the shop ws under renovation . i tried the nos is the bill but i was not able to reach.

the purchase time of the mobile is not even a week's time . it has started giving trouble

kindly sugget what i should do.
