I purchased one symphony air cooler from M/S G.S. Electronics/ Patiala on 02/05 vide bill no.1036. From the very next its wheels started giving problem. When I contacted Sh. Gunwant singh (0175-2215167, 09023571755) of M/S G.S. Electronics/ Patiala he told me to contact Mr. Satish kumar of customer care at cell no. 09357338958. After repeated calls one of their representative visited my place & instead of rectifying my problem, he further damaged the wheels and skipped away. When I contacted again to Mr. Satish kumar he started ignoring my calls & even mis-behaved. Then I contacted their Incharge mr. Sajjan singh at Chandigarh on cell no. 09316088058 as per directions of Mr Gunwant singh the owner of shop, I have not got any satisfactory response and till date no one turned up. I request you to help me out to solve my problem. I also want suitable action against Mr Satish kumar who misbehaved me and also want suitable compensation against the harassment caused to me.
