My complaint regardingsiplit ac installed at A-18 bharat nagar Talab Tillo Jammu registered vide my above referd Complaint no. is unaddressed, despite lapse of a month now. The siplit AC does not cool the room and the problem was identified to leak age of gas. Last season also, i had to suffer on account of the same problem (non cooling) and the problem was attributed to same. Gas was refilled last season. This season Jammu service centre express thier inability to adress the complaint on account of non availibility of gas in the market/centre. An absurd reason. the ac is also due for service which is also unattended. Kindly intervene to help solve the issue urgently M.K.Mahaldar
