The service engineer of Accel Frontline who visited my house for onsite warranty, initially expressed his doubts about the ink cartridges inside the printer being "refilled" ones. When told to sign each cartridge with a marker pen so that those cartridges could be brought to their service centre for thorough inspection and if need arrise for dissection. He refused and commented that he only feels that way though they do not seems to be refill. He then asked me to produce the bill of my previous purchase of the ink cartridges. I just felt to to place a tight kick on his rear end and throw him out of my residence. But the courtesy prevented me doing that.
Next day I got call that print head of my printer cannot be replaced under warranty. II asked the caller to send me in writing. He thereafter sent me a mail asking for invoice of ink cartridges to process the claim. Since when these idiots started settling the claims? instead of providing warranty support.
I have sent a legal notice for non performance, cheating & fraud against this FRAUD company.
All like wise effected consumers are humbly requested to please get in touch with me so that a very strong case be made out against this CHEAT company.
Will someone present a "Tin of commonsense" to the MD of this Dismal Frontline services?
