Handset not being repaired in time

I have submitted my NOKIA handset N-79 for repair at NOKIA centre, Gandhi nagar mode, Jaipur against Job sheet no. 108433527/110929/67 on 29th Sep. I was told that same will be handed over to me post making necessary repair till 06th Oct. But even after continuos follow up on contact no.9829017001, no satisfactory reply is being given.

This is really quite unprofessional and needs immediate action on part of NOKIA customer care.
