I was solicited on my mobile phone, and I placed my order No. 94030 for a product. I was informed by NAAPTOL that the item would be delivered by First flight couriers AWB LB 0520118, within 5 days of the SMS dated 21 Nov 09.
I was very keen on receiving the product; I had asked for delivery at my office. I had instructed my staff to inform me immediately if any courier parcel came for me. No parcel was delivered; nor was any "Missed You" note left at my address.
On enquiring with the First Flight courier office, I was informed that it has been returned to Mumbai, undelivered! WHY?
This is poor Customer Service.
