TO THE ABOVE 1st REFERENCE I ORDER THE PRODUCT OF SPY PEN, AND RECEIVED IT ON 30/08/10. SAME DAY I HAD PROBLEM I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE, THEY ASK ME TO SENT IT BACK TO BELOW ADDRESS FOR REPLACEMENT.

2ND REFERENCE I SENT THE PRODUCT FOR THE ABOVE ADDRESS FOR REPLACEMENT.
AFTER ALMOST ONE MONTH TIME (MADE SEVERAL FOLLOW UP) I RECEIVED THE RELACEMENT PRODUCT ON 25/09/10. AGAIN I CHECKED THE PRODUCT IT WAS NOT TAKING VIDEOS CONTINOUSLY, ALSO NOT SWITCHING OFF PROPERLY, ETC.,
AGAIN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE, THEY ASK ME TO SEND IT BACK THE PRODUCT AND THEY SAID THEY WILL RETURN THE PAYMENT AFTER 20 WORKING DAYS.
3RD REFERENCE I SENT THE PRODUCT FOR THE ABOVE ADDRESS FOR RETURNS BACK THE PAYMENT TO ME. THEY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON 04/10/10.
AFTER THAT, WHENEVER I MADE A CALL TO THE CALL CENTRE (09223516148) THEY SEMPLY TELLING THAT, WE ARE FORWADING YOUR REQUEST ANOTHER FEW DAYS YOU GOT YOUR PAYEMENT.
NOW I AM VERY MUCH MENTALLY & FINANCILLY FRACRUTED OF THE NAAPTOL COMPANY.
KINDLY HELP AND SLOVE MY ISSUE.
