Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered a blackberry8830 mobile phone in naaptol.com and the order number is 3343823 I have received my order on 6th Feb (Monday) and given the whole amount to the courier guy. I deeply regret to inform you that both product and service are subtended and mediocre for the following reasons:

(1). The Blackberry handset given to me is second hand as I can clearly see the number of the original user before me.

(2). The pouch for the blackberry provided is duplicate as there is no blackberry logo on the pouch. I can find better pouches in footpath near any local bus stand.

The situation became more worst when I contacted their customer care. I have raised my problem and they have provided me a complaint number 2402679 and promises to respond within 48 hours when in fact I received no response from them even after 96 hours i.e.4 days.

This is first & last time I purchased any product from naaptol and will never encourage any of my friends to shop from naaptol.

I kindly request you to take a appropriate action.
