Dear Sir,

I have purchased one mobile handset from naaptol.com, one online store based at Mumbai. When I received the material I found that the said material is not working condition. When I contacted the Naaptol.com personnel, they denied to take back or not ready to return my cash even their advertisement it is said to be six months warrenty and cash back on faulty material.

You are requested to please take necessary action against the people.
