I bought a mobile phone by Internet from naaptol.com.my order no.is 326480 They sent me a defective handsets, after that I called them and sent them mobile phone by courier in this my lose is RS 5000.. They sent me again defective handsets. Now what I do? I am a student and i have not more money. Please help me
