Sir,

i purchased mobile Classis Boss e phone from online shoping Naaptoll company at 04/02. when i deliver mobile then i found my mobile was faulty. so suddenly i send parcel for mumbai.

still now i dont get any answer and when i purchase mobile then it is policy in 7 to 15 days mobilew will get.but still i dont get any parcel and i alreaddy spend money for this mobile.

please take strict action against this company.i send one photo copy of this side where my all detais given.
