Dear Sir,

I placed an order for the mobile handset Forby 2.8 touch screen with the site naaptol.com on 27/12, and made online payment for the same on the same day thru' ECS from Indian Overseas Bank account no.2249. The paymenr transaction number for the above is 201012270947102 and is of Rs. 2699.00

I received the said mobile on 31/12, in a very bad condition, the whole screen was shattered and in pieces, which was reported the company on the very sameday. This non-useable mobile send back to the company on the very same day. Naaptol.com promised to deliver a new handset within one weeks time. I had been waiting and regularly calling them, but they are only making promises and not send the mobile.

Please help me get the handset for which I had already made the payment or help me get my money back.
