Hi, I have read Advertisement in News Paper that Naptol.Com has one Mini Sewing Machine which is compact and use to all your home needs, I have purchase one in Advance Payment, and asked to get it within 7 days of Working days, My Order No 1164941. I have booked on 24th of December. I got Machine with No Brand Name on 2nd January. When I had open the box with exitement, It was not working, It has Foot Pad, and Adapter But Not working properly, I had logged Complaint on same day by Phone in their Customer Care, They Adviced to return, and in on the receipt they will REPLACE me a New Machine, I have booked on 3rd for return on Mumbai Address through BLUE DART, and it was received by them on 4th January.
As they said me they have to replace a New Machine within another 7 Working Days, which was the Day I am logging Not yet received, every time on Followup they says it will take another 7 working days. Also not cancelling Order. It means they have meant to fraud with me, Not wanted to replace. I am fully not satisfied with there service.
I will advice Please do Not go with Naptol, you will be safe your Money.
I am still not getting Machine till the date 23rd January?
