I had purchased IFB washing machine 6kg SENATOR, front loading on 02/04 from ‘The ELECTRONIC Store’ shivalik ishan-4, nr. C N Vidyalaya, ambawadi, ahmedabad, phone:079-40244141.I had paid full amount of Rs.24500on 02/04 & had got washing machine delivery on 03/04, 6pm but we had shocked to noticed that black spots & dusts on our new washing machine & carton sealed was broken loosed packed so I had immediately informed the dealer & same was noticed by delivery- man.so, I had written my feedback on delivery (Received) receipt. After that nobody company people or dealer man had came for service the Demo. So, I had contact 3-times on 07/04, 2-times on 08/04, 2times on 09/04 on this no:079-32418188 for the Demo, also called IFB office on 09/04 on this no:079-30189466.finally, company technician Mr. Mahindrabhai had came on 11/04, 1pm for the demo but he was in hurry just spent 10mins to show us the operating, working mechanism of washing machine & than he had gone (note: technician had refused us to given his mobile no) after 15-20 mins my wife noticed that leakage plenty of water from rare bottom side of washing machine so I had immediately informed IFB-office, so that once again company technician had come fast & diagnosis the washing machine & told us that washing machine is problematic, may be defective piece, must be replaced from company.so, I had contact IFB-office as well as my dealer both had confirmed that there is problem in washing machine.i had personally visit at dealer showroom on 11/04, 4.30pm for asking justification but dealer person told me that they will send technician & if problem in washing machine parts than will change the part. I am totally unsatisfied with the dealer, IFB.I wanted my washing machine to be replaced with a new one.
