No responce for warranty

I have purchased 9.8 inch T.V on 18/12 at Rs.3650/-. At the time of purchase shopkeeper given me 6 month warranty on T.V. But after approx 20 day on 11/01 it stoped working and when i have given him for repair they took that T.V and after a long time he is asking "it can't to be repair and i won't back your money or won't replace this T.V. Leave my shop and don't come again."

So, I want replacement of my T.V or get my money back.
