Have been purchasing electronic and electrical goods from Nayyar Electronics of Pitampura since 1993. Every time found defective, and every time given "one-more" chance by us, thinking the defect may have been by chance, not intentional. But, can it happen AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN from 1993 to now in 2010? Is it possible that they are special dealers for selling off defective goods! Whenever we have approached them with such a complaint, they have reacted as if "goods once sold are not our responsibility".
Firstly, the T-Series music system I bought in March turned out to be of utter poor quality (sound quality, knobs, switches... it was like a toy). Secondly, even when it was out of warranty and I was willing to pay charges for its servicing, they refused to do any help. They in turn blamed me for mishandling it, while I told them there are no children in the house, just my old parents, who are not new to handling electronic goods. Thirdly, when I went to collect it back after their refusal to help, the music system was broken and damaged badly.
There is no customer service, only customer frustration. Even a small cobbler agrees to repair a damaged footwear sold by him, but not a big business like Nayyar Electronics! I don't know better than sharing my experience with common people so that they make an informed decision about Nayyar Electronics.
God bless the Nayyars with conscience!
