Poor Communication, Not proper feed back

Dear Sir,

Reference subject to matter wish to inform that my self Pranav customer of nokia handset N -73, IMEI No.. 353548029261626, Product No.0543843, I was facing the auto off problem and music player automatically on with my hand set so to arrest this problem i have given the hand set to nakia care center, NET DOT SOLUTION, WZ-200 BAJAJ TOWER JAIL ROAD, NEW DELHI tel.011-65131050

Job Sheet No. 113433527/0910003/106 Dt.03.10.09,

But right now till today i am unable to get my handset whenever i approach for my hand set no proper response is given from this nokia care center.

So, pls treat this matter urgently because i facing too much problem with same.
