INCORRECT SERVICING AND USE LOW QUALITY PARTS

Due cooling and defrosting problems of my Samsung refrigerator model RT23

so i called just dial on 08 July to get numbers of repairing and servicing shops

and on same day i got call from this MR BHASKER of ACE TECHNO COOL SERVICES RT NAGAR BANGALORE-32 (mobile no 9620482772)

He then sent his two men to repair my refrigerator, after repair and change of three parts

i paid them Rs 2100/- with warranty of six months on each changed item.

But within a week same problem resurfaced

I then tried to contact Mr Bhasker and the Mr babu who actually repaired the fridge

but no response recieved from them, I then contaced Ms Seema of Just Dial and with her help i could contact mr bhasker. He then promised me to send his men to check the problem. Since then neither his men nor any one contacted me.

So i got my fridge repaired from some other service centers on 21 Aug and had to change the replaced part once again which costed me Rs 1800/-

i now want redressal of my complaint and heavy penalty to be imposed upon this centre so that they dont cheat any one else.
