This is to inform you that the mobile set was not working in position since one month in respect of keypad not working and automatic switch off or dead stage, the set has been gone out of order and not working in any manner.the complainant brought these regularities to the customer care center on dated 06-09, 21-09 and 01-10 but till date the fault of the set has not been rectified.
the complainant still seeks the fault of the set and wants that a new set be provided in lieu of the faulty set within the 5 days after receipt of this mail.
