Dear Consumer Complaints forum,

Sub. : Complaint Letter and request for replacement of product

As I already write many mails to your NEXT customer care but no attention or favourable resolution has been provide from your end of my complaint and even till date no person from NEXT has been contacted to me regarding my problems. Its looking that you are taking my concern very lightly and not bothering about my complaints. So in this way Next is creating much hardship, mental suffering and tension for me by not resolving this issue.

Hereunder I am explaining my complaint for your kind review.

I purchase a Sumsung 22" series 4 LCD TV from Next Electronics outlet at Kapil Vihar, Main Pitampura, New Delhi-110034. As I realize very bad experience at NEXT Outlet. Firstly the attendant has shown me the LCD TVs range and I selected Samsung 22" LCDTV and he let me know that I will be given DVD movies set and a scratch card and I also requested NEXT attendant to deliver a fresh pics and he agreed the same. After showing the product he says me to make the payment so handed over him my credit card for scratch purposes. So I made the complete payment of product without any cash memo or bill as NEXT cashier let me know that they deliver bill after after 1 days and not give immediately. After making payment, I say to handed over the product to me and the attendant is packed the displayed pics and I requested him to deliver me the fresh pics and he let me know that he have only one pics in his stock. I get surprised to hear this that they not keep his words of provide a fresh pics to me. So I requested him to deliver a godown pics tomorrow and on next day when I gone to NEXT showroom to collect my TV from NEXT staff and they show me two pics among which one was previous display pics and the another pics was also an opened pics and have scratches so I picked the display pics to whom I rejected before as there was none other options was left for me and I was very unhappy from showroom dealing. Meanwhile when I check my Bill I find the serial number is get deleted by black marker and again serial no. is written down the by hand it means the fresh pics for whom I waited for 1 day has been given to some other person. Meanwhile while making payment as I make purchasing few days back before Diwali festival so I requested NEXT staff to give me scratch card but they refuse to handed over it to me by saying that they give me good price so they can't allow to me the scratch card and while asking about movies DVD's they reply that they will be given it to me after Dewali and till date I don't get it. Well as I make payment by the Credit Card and they have to give me 5% cash back under Diwali offer, which is also not given to me.

On next day I gone to NEXT Electronics Pitampura, New Delhi outlet and requested them that I am not satisfied with the Samsung 22" product which I purchased by telling them the reason that its display is small and blurd and sound quality is not so good and requested them to replaced it with Samsung 26" LA26C480HI TV models. I this regards I also talk to Samsung and write to NEXT Electronics Head office and Delhi Branch office by mails and also send them couriers. In this regard I also write to Samsung Electronics and Sumsung Service Executive has suggested me to talk with the Dealer about the product replacement and explain that it is not big issue and the Dealer can change the product with Samsung 26" LA26C480HI TV model, which I required. I also requested to NEXT Electronics that they can change the product and agree to pay the difference amount among these two Samsung LCD models immediately on exchange. But NEXT Electronics Pitampura outlet was not agree for such replacement even after one or two days gap, after repeated requests.

To my extreme surprise and I am shocked to realise such a bad experience from NEXT Electroics that they don't do any efforts to resolve my complaints and even till date they don't take any step in exchange of my product. As I already keep my purchased Samsung 22" LCD TV in packed position and waiting for NEXT response for replacement of product but till date I can't hear from them. So I writing to your Hob'able Consumer forum to provide me helping hand.
