I purchased one LG & one Onida Split AC on 07.07.2010. The products are under warranty period. But both AC's are not working and from 14th April so many complaints are lodged with NEXT retail store Pali
and with service centers. But I regret to mention here that niether NEXT nor service centers are taking complaint seriously and despite of investment of 50, 000 rupees I have to tolerate the extreme heat. The retail shop and companies are interested to sell products and seem to be not sensitive towards after sell services. Customer feels that he has been robed.
