I bought a digital camera, S200 model of Nikkon make in Apr. I bought the product with 1 yr gurantee and an additional year of extended warranty. In Aug the auto adjust arrangement of the camera was spoiled and I approached the Nikkon authorised service centre for service.
I lost the warranty card but have all the details of the product like the invoice, manuals and the package indicating the model no., year of manufacturing, product identification no., batch no., place of manufacturing etc..
Despite producing all the information for tracing the product details, the concerened people at the service centre refused to alter the piece for not producing the warranty card.
Request to guide me in this regard. The product was manufactured in Jan.
