Wrong item given and not returned

25th April we have buy Nirlap roti tawa and shopkeeper said it is best and fully non stick tawa but when we used it first time it dosent work and we try to give him back but he is not ready to take this back shopkeeper name is Mahaveer Bartan House, Tele. 07391 265359, Jhanda Bazar, Tilak marg, Dist. Jhabua, Petlawad Pin 457773
