Kindly refer to the attached papers for our previous complains & the fact that we returned the gas stove to you on 22.09.09 for refund / replacement; but now it is almost nearing one year that you have not even replaced or returned the money, inspite of our various complains & reminders especially to Mr. Mohan Bhogale. You have definitely cheated us.

Please refer to the attached papers & we once again finally request you to immediately refund our money amount Rs. 3, 395/- Rs. 40/- Rs. 240/- Total Rs. 3, 675/- or else we shall be compelled to take legal help / action.
