DELAY IN SERVICING

I have given my N-LITE heater for the servicing as it was not properly working. I gave them the heater 40 days back and they said it would take a week to get repaired. But even after 40 days the management is not taking any responsibility on the issue. Please ensure that the problem is solved as soon as possible.
