Not working.. white display only showed

Sir my mobile s not working now.. its shows a white disp. and some times its shows a date and time with them.. but not contain any datas.. and i m trying to restore.. i dont know d security code 4 restore... pls help me.. and i kindly requested u 2 response as soon as quick...
